Outpatient Care

Home / Programs and Services / Patients / Outpatient Care

In the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region outpatient care is services provided to clients who are not admitted to the hospital.

Outpatient care is known as commonly known as Ambulatory Care Services. Ambulatory Care services at the Regina General and Pasqua Hospitals handle many of the scheduled, non-urgent treatments and consultations. These include minor surgery, intravenous therapy, blood transfusions and recovery following diagnostic procedures.

Please note, some restrictions may apply in Outpatient Areas. A working group consisting of members of the Regina Area Outpatient Departments along with Patient Advisors developed this informational document, Regina Outpatient Areas Visitor and Information Sharing Restrictions. This is important information for patients booked for outpatient procedures/appointments and for visitors in Outpatient Areas.

Regina General Hospital outpatient services include:
Ambulatory Care
Infectious Disease Clinic
Outpatient pediatrics clinic
Kidney Program
Women’s Health Centre

Pasqua Hospital outpatient services include:
