Prenatal Sessions

If you're pregnant, now is the time to get the most up-to-date information on having a healthy pregnancy, labour and delivery.

The Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region offers prenatal classes, held on weekday evenings and some weekends.

Each prenatal session is 4 classes and offers up-to-date information on what to expect during labour & birth, including relaxation techniques and other ways to help you stay comfortable.

The classes will also cover topics such as breastfeeding and how to manage the first few weeks at home with your new baby. Class attendance is free and your support person is welcome to attend these sessions with you.

For more information or to register for a prenatal session, please call 306-766-7500.
