All meeting rooms within the Nutrition and Food Services (NFS) will be booked on a first come first serve basis, with priority given to the Health Authority Board, Senior Leadership and RPIW’S.
Regular Business Hours - 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
- Only requests submitted by email using appropriate request form will be processed. Please see links below.
If a meeting is canceled, notification must be made by email using the appropriate request form as this will allow for better utilization of rooms.
Urgent same day/next day requests or immediate issues may be made by telephone where necessary by calling 306-766-4343 during office hours (7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m).
A confirmation slip that includes a booking number will be sent by Nutrition and Food Services for all events booked, clients are advised to bring their confirmation slip to their booked event.
Rooms are to be left clean and all furniture returned to the standard setup.
