Forever...in Motion is an initiative that helps older adults become physically active through volunteer led physical activity.
Forever . . . in Motion

The program goal is to improve and/or maintain the health of older adults living in the community through education and physical activity.
The program includes endurance, strength, balance and flexibility activities which may be performed either in sitting or standing positions.
Forever in Motion classes are located primarily in seniors housing, community centres, churches, condominiums and leisure centres and are currently operating in many sites throughout the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

All new participants must print off and fill out the Par-Q+ form and bring it to the first class. You can download the form by clicking on the link below.
Please call the host site before attending to find out if space is still available for the class and for information on how to register.
