The Meadow Primary Health Care Centre, located on Dewdney Ave across from the Pasqua Hospital, provides a safe, judgment free place for members of the community to access care and receive support for their needs. The Meadow provides a multidisciplinary team approach to care supported by physicians, nurse practitioners, clinical assistants, finance assistant and nursing & counselling services.
Northgate Medical Center is partnership based Primary Health Care site. Located at 2711 Avonhurst Drive in Regina, the RQHR and the Northgate Medical practice have partnered to provide a combination of family physician services in conjunction with primary health care councillor and chronic disease management services.
