Saskatchewan Health Authority – Important Information for Physicians

29-Nov-2017

On December 4, 2017, the Saskatchewan Health Authority will launch, transitioning 12 former Regional Health Authorities to a single provincial health authority.

Information about the Saskatchewan Health Authority can be found on the Authority’s intranet at https://intranet.saskhealthauthority.ca and the public website at www.SaskHealthAuthority.ca.

At this time, the intranet is accessible from a Regional Health Authority network only (i.e., a work computer in a health facility). In the future, the intranet will be accessible from any device, anywhere in the province with your new Saskatchewan Health Authority email address. We will keep you updated as this option becomes available.

All physicians who currently have a Regional Health Authority email address will receive a new email address (firstname.lastname@saskhealthauthority.ca). This change will begin on December 4, and you will automatically receive any email sent to your previous address. If you do not currently have a Regional Health Authority email address, please contact the eHealth Saskatchewan Service Desk at 1-888-316-7446.

Please see the attached documents for more information.

Sincerely,

Drs. Kevin Wasko and Bruce Murray, Physician Co-Leads, Transition Team
