Dynacare is committed to finding innovative ways to improve the quality of patient care. This fall, we brought our electronic check in solution, Dynacare – Net Check In, to our five Laboratory and Health Services Centres in Regina.

Dynacare – Net Check In | Helping Patients Save Time at the Lab

Dynacare – Net Check In helps patients minimize their wait time by joining the line for lab services through a mobile app or online, at no cost,before they arrive at the lab. Reducing wait times is one of the most effective ways to improve overall patient satisfaction, and help encourage patients to get their lab work done.

We piloted Dynacare – Net Check In in Saskatoon, where we have had incredible results. Over22% of all check ins in Saskatoon are now done electronically, and wait times for patients who check in electronically are approximatelysix minutes.
