Do You Have a Research or Quality Improvement Project Requiring Health Data?

30-Jan-2018

In an ongoing effort to support the clinical research and quality improvement projects taking place within Regina, an advisory group known as the Data Access Tactical Team (DATT) has been established.

The DATT provides a forum for physicians, staff, QI consultants, and/or researchers to receive advice on their project with regards to:

  1. Does the data you need exist?
  2. If so, who has it and in what format can you get it?
  3. How easy/hard will it be to get the data?
  4. Is the data requested the “best” measure we have for the metric you are reporting on?
  5. Timeline – how long will it take to retrieve the data based upon current commitments?

The DATT meets bi-weekly at the RGH (9:00 – 10:30 am). Upcoming dates include the following: Wednesday, February 7, February 21 and March 7.

Please complete the request form below if you would like to meet with the DATT.  Requests to meet with the DATT must be received no later than the Friday preceding the meeting. Once your request is received, you will be provided a time to meet face-to-face with the team.

The Request for a Data Access Consultation form is available at:  Request For Consultation Regarding Data Access.
