2016 Dennis Kendel Distinguished Service Award Recipient, Dr. Corrine Jabs

06-Dec-2016

Would you please join me in congratulating Dr. Corrine Jabs who was awarded the 2016 Dennis Kendel Distinguished Service Award.

This award is presented annually by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan, and is intended to recognize and honour an individual who has made outstanding contributions in Saskatchewan to physician leadership and/or to physician engagement in quality improvements in healthcare.

Corrine has been a leader in developing the Pelvic Pathway, our department Referral Management System, the Early Pregnancy Clinic and now is working on a number of new projects which will improve patient access to Obstetric and Gynecologic care as well as improving the way we provide that care.  Personally, she has been an excellent example of how to provide leadership in a department.

I am very happy to have Corrine as a colleague, and to have her working in our department.  Well done Corrine!
