Rehabilitation Services

The Region provides inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services for citizens throughout southern Saskatchewan.

Acquired Brain Injury
The Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Outreach Team provides individual and family support to people of all ages with acquired brain injury so that they may live in their communities with improved quality of life.

Adult Rehabilitation
The Adult Rehabilitation Program supports and encourages a holistic approach to promote independence and quality of life for adults with physical disabilities and associated psychological, social and emotional issues.

Children's Program
The Children's Program supports families, health professionals and community caregivers to promote the optimal development of children with known or suspected physical and/or developmental disability.

Community Therapy
Community Therapy staff assist with outpatient therapy.

Driver Assessment Program
The Driver Assessment Program (DAP) examines your skill to safely operate a motor vehicle.

Functional Rehabilitation
The Functional Rehabilitation Program provides assessment, treatment, consultation and education to assist clients, who are referred by third party funders (SGI, WCB).

Private Physical Therapy
Primary Physical Therapy services are provided by private clinics that hold service contracts with the Region.

Hostel Accommodations
Inexpensive hostel accommodations, located at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre, are available to clients and staff of the Region.
