Children's Program: Getting Started Request service by calling 306-766-5710. Mail written referral to: Children's Program Fax referral to 306-766-5189 Following the request, we contact the family to gather information to understand the child’s needs. An appointment will be scheduled for the child, or, if determined that other services better meet the needs of the child, those services will be recommended. |
