The 2nd annual Chronic Disease Prevention & Management Provincial Conference was held on June 3rd and June 4th, 2010 in Regina, Saskatchewan. This year's theme "Building Healthy Saskatchewan Communities: Advancing Chronic Disease Prevention & Management" provided health care practitioners, policy makers, administrators, organizations, and individuals committed to prevention and living well with chronic disease an opportunity to share ideas, practices and expertise.
