• Volunteer Services

• Palliative Home Care Nurse
• Pharmacist
• Dietitian
• Housekeeping/Units Support Staff

Issues of mutual concern to the patient, family and members of the team will be reviewed regularly in order to achieve optimal whole person care.

Palliative clients and families are encouraged to bring forward any concerns to a member of the team.
