Ethics Support Services The freedom to decide one's own destiny is the right of every person. Today's health care clients are more involved than ever before in making decisions affecting their own health and well-being. However, making these decisions has become further complicated by the amazing advances that have been made in medicine and technology. To help clients understand their choices and make knowledgeable decisions, the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region has established an Ethics Committee.
