Breastfeeding Your Baby
If you plan to breastfeed your baby, Prenatal Classes and Breastfeeding Prenatal Classes can help prepare you and your support person.

The Breastfeeding Support Centre offers free advice and practical help from a Lactation Consultant or Public Health Nurses.

Early Pregnancy Program
You’ve just found out you’re pregnant and you have so many questions and so much to learn! Designed for women in their first and early second trimesters, we’ll help you navigate this new stage in life. Click here for the next scheduled session date and for information to sign up.

Healthiest Babies Possible
This program provides support for at risk pregnant women. Counselling, education, and milk and vitamin supplements are provided during and after pregnancy. Call 766-7677.

Hello Parents!
Join other parents of babies under one year old. Weekly drop-in sessions give information and support. Call 766-7700.

Maternity Visiting Program
The Maternity Visiting Program provides support and care for mothers, newborns and their families at home.

Parenting Plus
Parenting Plus is a home visitation and family support program for parents with newborns.

Parents First
This program is designed to support and help parents of children under one year of age. Led by a Public Health Nurse, meetings give information and support on topics of parenting, feeding, play, safety, sick babies, sleeping, crying, growth and development.

For a healthier pregnancy for you and your baby, register for Prenatal Classes.

Parent Mentoring Program
This program links new parents and experienced parents to provide support, role-modeling and friendship. Call 766-6795.
