Influenza Vaccine: Clinics for Healthy Children and Adults

Vaccinations for healthy children and adults will start November 3, 2005 and are by appointment only. Please call 766-7700 after September 26th to make your appointment.

The cost of vaccination for healthy children and adults is $20.00 per person. Children under nine years of age who have not been previously vaccinated need two doses. For these two doses the cost is $25.00.

Payment is cash or cheque only. Correct change would be appreciated.
