The Health Promotion Programs of Population and Public Health Services provide resources, presentations and programs for the general public on how to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Regina Partners for Healthy Living is a partnership of organizations within Regina working to reduce chronic disease. They provide resources, presentations and assist with program development. Contact 766-7616.

The Al Ritchie Health Action Centre and Four Directions Community Health Centre offer programs targeted towards healthy living and prevention of diabetes and other chronic conditions.
