Community Health Centres: Southey Health Action Centre To view a larger picture please click on the thumbnail photo below: The Health Action Centre is a community-based health centre, directed by the Southey Health Council. Our aim is to promote health by working with community members to provide programs and information that meet the expressed needs of Southey and area residents. The staff of the centre coordinate health services, education and health promotion activities in the Southey area. The Southey Health Action Centre began as a pilot project in 1995. The Centre was established to provide area residents with quality health care in their own community. Services Provided |
