Community Health Centres: Raymore Community Health and Social Centre To view a larger picture please click on the thumbnail photo below: Box 134 The Raymore Community Health and Social Centre was opened in 1981. The six member board represents the communities served by the Centre. The Centre was established to provide health services to residents of Raymore and surrounding areas. The ProgramsThe Raymore Community Health and Social Centre offers footcare, blood pressure monitoring, blood sugar monitoring, suture and clamp removal and dressing changes. Centre services are provided by registered nurses, public health nurses, physicians, a dentist, chiropractor, podiatrist, dietitian and diabetes educator, mental health counselor, alcohol and drug counselor, and an optometrist.
