What we do for you:

• Coordinate access to various health services
• Offer prenatal nutrition program
• Carry out health assessments
• Take orders for Good Food Box
• Provide support to individuals, families and groups
• Deliver outreach services
• Facilitate residents to work with agencies such as the Rentalsman, the Family Service Bureau and Social Services
• Provide health education and lifestyle information
• Listen to residents' concerns
• Assist with transportation
• Make available centre telephone, fax machine, photocopier, and computer for residents' use
• Refer to the Food Bank
• Maintain skills inventory
• Welcome volunteers to participate in centre programs
