4/14/2014:  The Kinsmen Telemiracle Foundation Electrophysiological Lab reached a milestone Monday March 10th, as the 500th Electrophysiology procedure since the inception of the lab was successfully completed.

2/26/2014:  The Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region is proactively postponing surgeries at the Pasqua Hospital for the next ten days in order to address an issue identified with sterilization equipment.

2/25/2014:  The Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region (RQHR) is advising 16 surgical patients that their surgeries that were scheduled to be completed at the Pasqua Hospital for tomorrow, Wednesday, February 26, 2014 will be postponed due to an issue with sterilization equipment.

RQHR Advises Physicians and Public of Potential Need for PTH Retesting

2/21/2014:  The Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region is advising physicians and the public that a blood test, used to measure parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels, may have to be repeated due to Abbott Laboratories Ltd.’s global product recall of laboratory reagents that had the potential to provide inaccurate results.
