2/21/2014:  The Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region is advising physicians and the public that a blood test, used to measure parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels, may have to be repeated due to Abbott Laboratories Ltd.’s global product recall of laboratory reagents that had the potential to provide inaccurate results.
