Message from the CEO As an employee or physician working in the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region, you have chosen to work for a quality health services provider whose vision is “healthy people, families and communities.” To help us achieve this vision, the RQHR has a clear set of values that we expect everyone to adopt within the workplace. These are the values of the organization – these are “Our Values.” Every day, in everything we do, our behaviours must reflect “Our Values” so that we can provide a quality experience for our patients, clients, and residents, our co-workers and all those who interact with our health system. By “Living Our Values” we can each help to create an environment that fosters respect, pride and accountability while enhancing our relationships and our reputation. This document has been designed to inform, guide and support you towards making a difference by “Living Our Values.” It outlines the RQHR philosophies/beliefs, gives clear guidelines on correct behaviours, and outlines our supportive policies.
