Prenatal Classes

You’re pregnant. Now is the time to get the most up-to-date information on having a healthy pregnancy, labour and delivery.

The Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region, Population and Public Health Services, offers prenatal classes on weekday evenings from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Learn about what to expect during labour and delivery including relaxation techniques and other ways to help you stay comfortable. The classes also cover lifestyle choices, breastfeeding and ways to cope during the first few days home with your new baby. Your support person is welcome to attend classes with you.
