Privacy The Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region knows that your health is a very personal and private matter. Protecting your privacy is of the utmost importance for the Region, and we are committed to keeping your personal health information confidential and secure. We collect personal health information so that the Region can provide you with the health care services you need or request. It is our policy that your personal health information is shared only with authorized members of your circle of care team, and only on a need-to-know basis. The RQHR will not collect, use or share your personal health information for any other purpose unless we have your consent or unless the RQHR is otherwise authorized or required by law.
