Order Nursing School Transcripts

  • The RQHR Archives has student records from the Regina General Hospital School of Nursing. Records prior to 1940 are incomplete. In order to provide a transcript we require a letter signed by the nurse whose transcript is being requested, the address where the transcript is to be sent, and the fee of $26.50 (Canadian). Cheques and credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) are accepted. For credit cards please provide the card number and the expiry date. If you need a receipt please let us know. Faxed requests for transcripts will be accepted provided they include the nurse’s signature.
