Client Representatives

In a big health care delivery system, clients need to know where to turn when they have a suggestion or concern. The Regional Health Authority encourages clients to speak with staff and unit managers for quick, beneficial solutions. However, sometimes that person is not able to provide all the answers. A client's next step should be the Region's Client Representative (patient advocate).
