Moosomin Facilities

Southeast Integrated Care Centre – Moosomin

The Southeast Integrated Care Centre – Moosomin replaces the Moosomin Hospital, the Eastern Saskatchewan Pioneer Lodge and Eastern Saskatchewan Pioneer Nursing Home. The centre also houses community services.

The new facility has 27 acute care and 58 long term care beds. Besides acute and long term care, services include outpatient services, emergency services, diagnostic and laboratory services and community services including mental health, physiotherapy, home care and public health.
