Wascana Rehabilitation Centre: Hostel Accomodations

Clients, their families, or staff who are in need of accommodations can reserve a room at the Hostel by calling (306)766-5797.

The Hostel, located in Wascana Rehabilitation Centre, is open 7 days a week. Check-ins are accepted Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to mid-night.

Patients/Clients are able to book Hostel rooms for themselves through the Access/Admitting area when registering at either hospital.

The Hostel offers:

• individual rooms with private washrooms and shower
• a convenient location that is walking distance to a shopping mall and Wascana Park
• a cafeteria and confectionery located on site
• a TV lounge and recreational areas with a pool table
• private telephones
• wake-up calls
• plug-in parking

Room Rates: (no additional tax added)

Rates for Region Patients/Clients - relatives or friends of patients:
Single $34.00/night plus GST
Double $45.00/night plus GST

Hostel Guidelines:

Clients must be 18 years old or accompanied by a guardian.

There are no medical staff on duty in the Hostel. Clients must be responsible for their own care, including meals, medications, transportation to appointments, etc.

Clients/guests are responsible for their room rental fee, unless they have prior approval from a sponsoring agency.

Clients/guests must agree to basic guidelines or conditions of stay. This ensures the comfort of all staying at the Hostel. The Hostel reserves the right to deny admission to any clients or staff members who do not meet the above admission criteria.
