First in Canada: NICU now using ENFit

After three years of research, collaboration and determination, the RGH NICU is the first unit in Canada to start using the ENFit line– a feeding system improving the quality and safety of care provided to neonates.

New patient registration system is live!

On February 25, 2017, at 2 p.m., the first patient was registered using the new Sunrise Enterprise Registration (SER) system. This registration, done at the RGH Emergency Department, was the culmination of many months of planning, consultation, testing and verification.

This week I was going to reflect on a topic tied directly to the transition. However, I would like to address instead the Premier’s expectation that employee compensation costs decrease by 3.5 per cent in the coming year.
