The Regina Qu’Appelle Regional Health Authority (RQRHA) is the governing body of the Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region (RQHR). The members of the Authority are appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council under the Regional Health Services Act.

The Authority is accountable for the overall management and control of the health region and is ultimately accountable to the Minister of Health to achieve the provincial and regional goals and objectives for health services. Under the Act, the RQRHA has responsibility for ensuring all health care programs are effectively and efficiently planned, delivered, monitored and evaluated on behalf of the residents of the RQHR. All Authority members are residents of the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region.
