The materials are provided in a variety of mediums that include animations, videos, web-based training programs, easy to understand guides and books designed specifically for youth (as well as parents, educators and health providers).

Mindcheck is designed to help youth and young adults check out how they’re feeling and quickly connect to mental health resources and support (in B.C.). On this site, you can take quizzes to find out how you're doing. These quizzes do not provide a clinical diagnosis. After taking a quiz, you will get feedback letting you know what level of symptoms you are experiencing and recommendations for what you can do.

Mytoolkit is an interactive website designed to help educate youth about their mental health. It uses mobile apps, videos and educational modules focused on stress and wellness.

Youthanxietybc contains a wealth of information to help people learn about and practice effective strategies to manage anxiety on their own, at their own pace. All content is grounded in scientific research and developed by professionals who specialize in helping people with anxiety. You can learn about effective tools to help manage anxiety. They have PDF files to print off, links, FAQs and the mobile app called MindShift.

Ecouch provides a screening test to identify anxiety and depressive symptoms (not to diagnose). It also provides personality, stress and attitude scales which are also intended solely to provide information. You have to register in order to access the tests and scales.
